Service Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: August 2, 2025

1. Setup and Features

No setup fee – full chatbot configuration, tuning, and lead routing are included at no extra cost.
Plans are month-to-month and include cancel-anytime flexibility.

2. Plan Options

Basic: $99/month — 1 lead email address
Pro: $149/month — up to 3 lead email addresses
Premier: $199/month — up to 5 lead email addresses
You may request routing changes within your plan limits.

3. Ownership and Service

All chatbot systems, logic, and hosting infrastructure remain the sole property of WellSpent Advertising.
Clients may use and customize their chatbot while subscribed, but may not self-host, duplicate, or redistribute it.
WellSpent Advertising will remain the host and provider of all chatbot services.
Ongoing support and maintenance are included with your subscription.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Plans may be canceled anytime via your customer by email or call 708.828.7589. Leave a message if after hours.
Fees already paid are non-refundable.

5. Fair Usage Policy

Excessive usage or abuse may result in throttling, suspension, or additional charges after notice.
Each plan includes a reasonable amount of monthly usage. Contact us if you expect high volume traffic or unusual activity.

6. Disclaimer

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove access if terms are violated or misuse is detected.
